I did not make the cookies

Okay? Suzie and Sienna made the cookies.
I was just THERE.
I took some home, yes.

But it's not my fault that they've been added to the sugar-overload that is my home.
They were practically forced upon me.

Besides, lemon bars are fruity, not desserty. The donuts are CAKE donuts, not frosted or sprinkled or cream-filled. And the other cookies are still just dough. I gave all the cooked ones to the Neilsons and Spencers.

So the chocolate chip cookies I brought home tonight are completely validated. Right?
The other desserts needed chocolate chip cookies to balance them out. Something normal and basic.

But the cookies I brought home were neither normal nor basic.
In fact, if I hadn't been raised on some pretty darn good cookies I would say that the cookies Suzie and Sienna made were the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life.

Maybe it was because the rolls of dough were golf-ball sized.
Those cookies came out big and delicious.

Maybe it was because they were somehow crispy around the edges and soft and melty in the middle.

But I think it was the salt.
Normal cookies have a teaspoon of salt.
These cookies had two teaspoons of salt, and there was kosher salt sprinkled over the golf-balls.

Is that blowing your mind? Because it blew mine.
Salt? Salt shouldn't make cookies better! It should make them weird and gross.

But it didn't. It made them into the best cookies I've ever had.
Or, at least, they're tied for best with Mrs. Fields 300$ cookies. (aka, the cookies I fed on while drinking my life-milk. Because what's milk without cookies?)

Becky=Ridiculous. Also, you can justify cookies anyway you want but when both you and Travis weigh 300lb.s someone is going to have to take responsibility.

What the heck is "life milk"?

Polly didn't leave the above comment, here is Polly's comment.
Take the dough you haven't cooked yet form it into balls on the cookie tray and freeze it. When they are good and frozen in about an hour stick them in a ziplock bag for another day when you don't have all those sweets to finish off. Also I thought life milk was breast milk and if your saying you were nursed on chocolate chip cookies, your probably right. dang it!!
