do you have an hour or two

and a pot of tea?

Today, I worked hard. I also took a nap, and went out on a date with my devilishly handsome fiancé.
Then I went to see four of the loveliest girls that I know.
Then I spent a great deal of time facebook stalking them to provide you with beautiful pictures of them.
So. I added a picture of each of them, so you can see how pretty they are.
Travis completely adores them, and apparently wishes we would hang out more, since he thinks they're really fun, and really good influences on me.
Hehe. They are. I adore them too.

This picture is the best thing in the world.

This is one of all four, plus Katie, who wasn't there. So I am going to tell you about them, because I love them, and I miss being best friends with them. (Because let's be honest, if I hadn't gone home last January, I'd be living with them now, and not where I am. They are the reason freshman year was so great.)

This is Kendra, more fondly known as Kenj. Kenj is insanely beautiful and classy, she has impeccable taste and an irresistibly lovely blog that promises to make my day better, and is one of the only blogs that I obsessivly check as often as I check my email.

This is Claire, more fondly know as Claire Bear, or sometimes just Bear. Claire is one of the kindest, sweetest, and most inspiring people that I know. Reading Claire's blog gives me warm fuzzies, and makes me want to sit down and write, look around me, and appreciate every inch of the world. As you can see from the picture, Claire is also terribly beautiful.

Brooke (again, nicknames, I love them, Brookie, Brooklyn, B): she is amazing. Brooke is clever, smart, stylish, and one of the most creative girls I know. Just seeing Brooke unexpectedly leaves me with a sense of giddyness for the rest of the day. After reading her blog I don't just feel like I understand Brooke better, but I always feel a little like I know everything better, even if the post is just about her.

Kaylie, Kaylie, Kaylie baby. I love Kaylie like crazy. Besides being one of the best listeners, comforters, and snugglers that I know, she is also one of the smiliest and happiest. Especially now that she has the love of her life back. Kaylie was one of the very best friends that I had while I was in Minnesota, and I couldn't have survived without her. In the process of reading just one entry of her blog I find myself nodding, and agreeing, and understanding everything she says because she puts words to how I feel!
I love her.

I love them all. I love them like crazy.
I love to see them, and I miss having them just across the hall.
I miss sleeping in their beds with them, even though my bed is ten feet away.
I miss writing down quotes.
I miss taking pictures.
I miss it all.

Can we play again soon?

I am SO glad that you came over yesterday. And I am wishing that I will see you and your devilishly handsome fiance today as well.

You are absolutely wonderful.

Becky, deary,
First, I am in love with you and your fiance--is that okay? Hope so, cuz it's the way I feel and it ain't gonna change.
Second, I LOVE the fact that you've been around so much lately. I know that it will continue too. When you have friends like we do, it's impossible to stay away too long.
Third, is a question and it goes like this: Becky Froelich (Pitcher, almost) will you be my friend forever?

{shrieks, sobs, laughs, hysteria}
